Introduction of a case study on foreign object removal from printed circuit boards using adhesive rubber rollers.

We will introduce a case of foreign matter removal using our cleaning roller in the printed circuit board assembly process. Free demo units are currently available for loan.

Do you have any of these concerns? - The components to be mounted on the circuit board are very small, so even a slight foreign object can cause defects. - Despite implementing thorough cleanroom measures, defects caused by foreign objects still occur. - Customer quality demands are increasingly rising. I believe many customers are facing such issues. This time, we would like to introduce a case study of a user who has reported that since installing our cleaning roller, they have had no defects. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Adhesive rubber roller product "Cleaning Roller" *Demo units available for loan.

Strongly captures foreign substances attached to substrates, electronic components, and high-performance films! The ultra-soft rubber roller does not damage the workpiece. Custom sizes can also be produced.

The "Isshin Garbage Removal Roller" is a product used for the removal of foreign substances and contamination generated during the manufacturing processes of electronic components, optical components, precision machinery, films, and paper, as well as for dust removal in pre-printing processes for metal printing and screen printing. Since the rubber itself is adhesive, it can be used for a long time by cleaning or transferring adhered foreign substances. Additionally, because it does not use silicone as a raw material, there is no concern about contamination from siloxane. The adhesive rubber allows for easy cleaning of electronic components and films. 【Features】 ■ Two types of rubber: B type (butyl) and U type (urethane) ■ Adhesive strength (g/cm²) - B type: (white) approximately 300, (blue) approximately 250, (orange) approximately 100, (light green) approximately 100 ■ Hardness (JIS-A) - B type: (white) approximately A10, (blue) approximately A15, (orange) approximately A20, (light green) approximately A20 - U type: (strong adhesive) A5, (medium adhesive) A15, (weak adhesive) A20 ■ Heat resistance - B type: approximately 100℃ - U type: approximately 80℃ *Free demo units are available for up to 10 companies that inquire through Ipros!

Adhesive rubber roller for removing foreign substances attached to high-performance film.

Strongly catches foreign substances attached to substrates, electronic components, and high-performance films! The ultra-soft rubber roller does not damage the workpiece. *Free demo units available for loan.

The "Isshin Cleaning Roller" is a product used for the removal of foreign substances and contamination generated during the manufacturing processes of printed circuit boards, electronic components, optical parts, precision instruments, films, and paper, as well as for dust removal in pre-printing processes for metal printing and screen printing. It is particularly effective in places where static electricity is a concern, such as clean rooms. Since the rubber itself is adhesive, it can be used for a long time by cleaning or transferring the adhered foreign substances. Additionally, there is no concern about contamination from siloxane as it does not use silicone as a raw material. 【Features】 ■ The rubber comes in two types: B type (butyl) and U type (urethane) ■ Adhesive strength (g/cm²) - B type (white) approximately 300, (blue) approximately 250, (orange) approximately 100, (light green) approximately 100 ■ Hardness (JIS-A) - B type: (white) approximately A10, (blue) approximately A15, (orange) approximately A20, (light green) approximately A20 - U type: (strong adhesion) A5, (medium adhesion) A15, (weak adhesion) A20 ■ Heat resistance - B type: approximately 100℃ - U type: approximately 80℃ *Free demo units are available for up to 10 companies that inquire through Ipros!
